The Jordan Securities Commissions Board of Commissioners have approved on Jan 19,2010 to register 2,555,203 shares of ARAI to increase it's , subscribe and Paid-in Capital from 4,444,797 JOD/Share to 7 million JOD/Share through private subscription of which represents 57.4% private subscription of shareholders percentage of wealth , at a price of 1JOD which represents the share par value .
On the 15th day of the JSC approval , shareholders of the Company's stock are entitled for % 57.4private subscription, that is, the new shares will be distributed to the shareholders by their percentage of wealth and registered in the Company's records on Feb 2,2010.
