The new reference price of ARAI Shares is 2.07 JOD/Share, and is going to be traded at this price starting Feb 3,2010 , which represents the first day of trading after the fifteenth day of the JSC Approval to increase the company's Paid-in Capital through Private Subscription.

The ASE will list 2.555.203  Rights Issue of ARAI with the symbol R0072 (ARAI R I 01) at the price of JOD 1.07on Feb 3,2010 .
