The Ministry of Industry and Trade approved on February 27,2010 the General Assembly's decisions which submitted in their Extra Orinary meeting  held on February 27,2010, Included the following:

1- The decision of the Extra-Ordianry general assembly's meeting held on September 27,2009 about raising the company's capital from 4.125 million JODs/ Share to 150 million JODs/ Share was cancelled.

2- Raising the company's capital from 4.125 million JODs/ Share to 12 million JODs/ Share through private subscription to existing shareholders at a par value of 1 JOD without premium.

3- Reduce the number of members of BOD to become 7 members instead of 9.
